Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 21 December 1987 Dad was given a second chance of life when he received a new heart. Dad enjoyed life to the full always happy, smiling, giving never taking or wanting.

He was firstly my dad, secondly my hero but most of all he was my best friend.

Sadly he lost his fight for life peacefully on 22 August 2011 following just a six week brave battle with a cancerous brain tumour. Family flowers only have been requested for dad’s funeral and we have chosen three other charities (Papworth Hospital, Ward 17 at James Paget Hospital & Mutford Church) that will also benefit from any donations made directly to Critoph & Crowe, Lorne Park Road, Lowestoft NR33 0RB

Dad always spoke about this wonderful young lady and her family and he worked with her Daddy – Aaron at Great Yarmouth Power Station.

She was born with a rare genetic syndrome called RTS which affects 1 in 125,000 live births and had a rough start to life because of this syndrome and will have hard times ahead, learning things that we take for granted.  Physically Aaron’s princess will always struggle to do things that children without disabilities do so naturally.  The money raised will go towards researching her syndrome and identifying ways of giving her a fruitful life without the associated medical issues as there are so many.  This syndrome is so rare, most people have never heard of it which makes it more difficult to understand the impact it can have on individuals and their families.

So please dig deep and donate now and help raise money for a good cause that dad himself has supported
