Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In January 2015 I turn 40 and aim to complete a number of different challenges in the lead up to it.  So before I turn 40 I will be completing a number of ultra races (over marathon distance) which will include the biggest challenge of all, a 110 mile race which follows the whole of the Cleveland Way from Helmsley to Filey.

Alongside the ultra marathons I will also be competing in Ironman UK and the Outlaw iron distance triathlon races in July 2014 - only a week apart.  These involve 2.4 mile open water swim, 112 mile bike ride and finish with a marathon (26.2 miles).

I am doing all of this to raise money for Scope - Scope exists to make this country a better place for disabled people and their families.  A very worthwhile cause.  You can find out more at www.scope.org.uk
