In early August I plan to attempt the Bob Graham Round in the Lake District, Cumbria. Along the way I'm aiming to raise a few pounds for the Chest, Heart and Stroke Association Scotland. It would mean a great deal if you are able to make a donation to this worthy cause and help me along the way.
The Bob Graham Round is one of the biggest fell running challenges in the UK. For a successful round I need to complete the full circuit of 42 peaks in under 24 hours, covering a distance of 66 miles(106km) and climbing a total of over 27,000 feet (8200m). Should be a walk in the park then....
