Please take a few moments to visit the Ape Action Africa website and read about the vital work this charity is doing to rehabilitate endangered gorillas and chimps who have been orphaned and displaced by the illegal bushmeat trade - an appalling and surprisingly globally commercial industry that is responsible for many evils in West Africa, including AIDS itself.

This year, I am running the Bristol 10k (May 2013) to fundraise.
