I am doing a sky dive as part of 'The Rowland Girls' Team' on May 12th 2013 to raise money for Oakhaven Hospice. The staff at Oakhaven did an amazing job looking after my Grandad during his last few days.

After a 3 year battle with cancer, he was given 24-48 hours to live, but in true Grandad spirit carried on for another 5 days whilst insisting he stay at home. The Oakhaven staff came to look after Grandad at home and helped to make the end of his life not only as comfortable as possible for him, but also for my Nan and the rest of the family. They not only looked after Grandad in ways that we couldn't, but made him laugh too.

Please help my team raise as much money as possible so they can help other people, just like they helped my Grandad.
