I have agreed to cycle from Cardiff to Tenby (approximately 100 miles) in one day, raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre. It's a great charity which supports people with cancer, so any money you can donate would be excellent, even like a fiver or something, which isn't much these days about the same as £1 several years ago. It's also going to be a really tough challenge for me as the last time I used my bike I cycled into a park bench at night and ripped my new jeans open. They were from John Lewis too which made me really mad. Anyway, cheers.
