we have signed up to put ourselves through a savage course called Tough Mudder in May to help raise money for The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.  A good friend of ours from school has been diagnosed with MND and we're all pulling together to do all we can to help raise money for the charity.

Luckily, we will not be alone as we will be part of a 20+ team that will be taking part in Tough Mudder and to give you an idea of what we're up against, some of the challenges are as follows:  The course runs over 12 miles and contains deadly named obstacles such as fire walker, electroshock therapy, gauntlet, everest, boa constricter, arctic enema... and the list goes on!
