We are an established landscape and buildings conservation charity caring for places and connecting people of all ages and backgrounds across the borough of Richmond and the wider London area.

Story

As in previous years, The Environment Trust for Richmond upon Thames has entered a team of nine in the Great River Race, London's annual rowing marathon which runs 22 miles from Greenwich to Ham on 17th September. Our boat will be the Skerry, one of only two in its class designed and built by Mark Edwards in Richmond. These are tough times for charities so we are hoping to make a big contribution by seeking sponsors for our efforts. Amongst the projects we will be supporting is the Trust's "Healthy Walks" programme for people with learning disabilities, now including rowing outings on the Queens' Shallop Jubilant. But the Trust's activities are much wider than this as our website indicates at: http://www.environmenttrust.co.uk/ Please give your backing to the Skerry team and the work of the Trust.

So please dig deep and donate now.
