Police Officers and Police Staff from the Trafford and Stockport Divisions thank you for your continued support.

'The Team' initially took part in the 'Feelgood Factor' television program broadcasted on ITV1 and that helped them to get fit and healthy for 2009, while supporting 'The Christie'. (formally known as Christie's Hospital).

'The Team' have agreed to continue in their efforts to raise funds for this great cause for the rest of the year and welcome further donations.  

'The Christie' - One of the largest cancer treatment centres in Europe, has a vision of a future without cancer. Greater Manchester Police want to raise funds to enable 'The Christie' to continue their effective treatments for patients so their chances of surviving cancer are greatly increased.

This will allow 'The Christie' to buy equipment and pay for the expertise that is crucial to make advances in treatment.
