On July 20 this year, I will join nine other cyclists to ride 240 or so kilometres from London to Ashbourne, a small town in Derbyshire. We do this to raise funds for PSC Support, a charity helping patients with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis. This incurable liver disease affects the family of one of our team.

We are aiming to raise over £4000 for PSC Support and it would be great if you would make a contribution, small or large!
