I can't walk. I can't run. I can barely sit down, no actually that sitting down bit I can do fine.

This said, I have decided to "run" the Sport Relief 1 Mile Marathon.

Now I realise that one mile doesn't necessarilly consitiute a marathon, but when you've spent the last 5 years sitting in a wheelchair then it feels like a marathon :o)
