On the 1st October, I will be cycling 45 miles, from Windsor Castle to Buckingham Palace in aid of the Prince's Trust.

The Prince's Trust helps young people aged 11 to 30 get into jobs, education and training. Many of the individuals helped by the Trust are in or just leaving care and facing issues of homelessness and mental health concerns.

The Trust has generated £1.4 billion of value to society over the last 10 years, with 56,000 people turning their lives around last year alone.
