We provide a wide range of support to individuals who have been affected by amputation or limb difference, through sporting initiatives and social inclusion projects.

Story

In just under a week, I'll be joining a few of my colleagues from Ashurst in what will undoubtedly be the most challenging, invigorating and rewarding experience any of us have ever faced. I have signed up to take part in the Cape Argus Cycle Event in Cape Town, South Africa on Sunday 6th March, alongside 35,000 other cyclists to ride the 109km (68 miles!) route around the entirety of Cape Town, which I'm sure will be equally as gruelling as it looks spectacular.

We are doing this in aid of incredible local charity based in Glasgow called Finding Your Feet, who provide support and assistance to those who have suffered life-changing physical trauma. The Charity helps individuals to 'find their feet' again in life through emotional, practical and financial support. All donations will help support Finding Your Feet to continue their efforts in providing specialist equipment, advice, signposting and prosthetics to those who need it most.

Please please please donate anything you can to help this amazing local charity, I'll be incredibly thankful for your support.
