Hello!  Thanks for looking at my JustGiving page.  So, what's the story?  I will be running next year's London Marathon.  Those of you that know me, may know that I do a little bit of running already.  I have completed several half marathons, regardless of weather (see photos), and recently completed my first full marathon.

This was for selfish reasons, after turning 40 last year I wanted to see if I could it. Now I want to run one to help other people so that they can have the same opportunities to do sports that I have always had.  I will be running for Essex Sporting Foundation.  It provides sporting facilities and opportunities for disabled children. The money raised is used to provide sports equipment, coaching and tuition, the hire of sports halls and the funding of outings and adventure type holidays.  I need your help to raise at least £1000 for this very deserving foundation.  I realise these are tough times but anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.  This is a very secure way of raising money for charity, all you need to do is to follow the instructions to donate online.

Thank you very much.  Gregor.
