Several of the Brent Mind staff are giving up their Saturday on 10th October 2009 to walk 10K/6 miles to raise funds for Brent Mind the charity we work for.

Brent Mind is the leading independent mental health organisation in Brent which offers high quality services to local residents seeking mental health information and support .

The specific project we want raise money for via this sponsored walk is the allotment project to give people recovering from mental ill health gardening skills, companionship, fresh air and broaden horizons and to help provide gardening tools for the project.
