We'd just like to say at this point (6th Sept. 2011) that it's great that people keep giving to the cause. Many thanks to all you lovely people.
This is our fifth cycle trip fundraising year and probably our most ambitious effort yet. 420 miles in seven days is going to be a challenge but we're up for it. Whether we're ready or not remains to be seen.
The team this year is, Bob Hossack, Tom Ferguson, John Angus, Ian Anderson, and Mike Brown. We will also rely on one or more support drivers to shift the luggage from place to place so it's very much a team effort. Also on board is Ted Mac the well travelled bear. If it wasn't for Ted's map-reading skills we'd be truly lost.
Melanie MacPherson is also a part of the team and without her inspiration this would not get done.
