Griffiths & Armour's 80 Mile Bike Ride · 21 June 2014

Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

2014 is a landmark year for Griffiths & Armour as we celebrate our 80th year in business. To align with the anniversary, members of our staff are taking on a number of challenges, to help us reach our target of raising £80,000 between our two chosen charities - KIND and Prostate Cancer UK.

One of our planned events is an 80 mile cycle ride. We will begin the challenge early in the morning on the Liverpool waterfront, then take on the Runcorn Bridge, down through Tarporley and Chester to catch the ferry from Woodside back to Liverpool. The ride will cater to all abilities, such as those who are seasoned riders and those who are looking to test their abilities for the first time.
