Hello - It's quite straight forward really:

- I'm running a half marathon in Birmingham, in October

- Yes, that's 13 miles!!! (I know, I can't belive it either - and neither can my feet)

- I've chosen a cancer charity (if you've known me for ages, you'll know why)

- I've bought special running gear and everything - tight fitting (that's why no photo's)

- Please give me money
