Hello everybody,

Because some decisions are best made with complete disregard towards one's safety, I have decided, along with several other equally stupid - yet undoubtedly more stylish - blokes, that 600 miles in 6 days on a bicycle, is nothing at all.  It's an east to west challenge that involves bikes and hills and roads and stuff, so if you like donating to causes, or if you just have some cash just lying around, or you have a sofa you haven't scrounged through in a while, or if you've got a hundred pounds or so lying about in your bank account that you just don't know what to do with, or whatever; do us a favor.

Seriously though, cancer sucks, so please donate.  Trust me.  It's going to hurt me a lot more than it's going to hurt you.
