Hello everyone,

As many of you will remember, my Dad 'The Jeff Man', or as he was more affectionately known in his twighlight years, the OG (old git) told his last funny little story last month, he died on September 6th. It was shit, but life goes on and in classic old trooper fashion my dear siblings, wonderful devoted friends and I have decided to set up the OG foundation.

This will allow you to exchange a few of your hard earned pennies for the knowledge that we are all suffering through one or more of a long list of gruelling, muddy, sweaty, humiliating or downright daft activities in the next 12 months in order to raise money for the Cardiac Care Unit in Morriston Hospital who were quite mind bogglingly marvellous in looking after the OG during his short illness and no doubt endured several of his meandering yarns for which alone they deserve several million quid.

We have identified a dozen or so horrible activities to partake in over the next 12 months and have already completed 2!

I emplore you to sponsor us, join us, laugh at us, point and laugh at us but above all smile with us as we try to hit out target of raising £5000 this year for what is a really great cause.
