Running more than 10 miles is absolutely mad!! Apart from a feeble attempt to quit the odd ciggie and </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">to get fit, I wanted to support a very worthy cause, The Camphill Family Trust, a charity that I have been involved with over a number of years. </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">They really do fantastic work with the mentally disabled. <p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Not sure I have done enough training to beat the Olympic record but I should make it round. The course is flat which helps - I have been training on hills!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">DONE IT !! Managed 3 hr 52 mins and very chuffed but knees took a pounding!</span></p>
