After working nearly all my life on the supply side ( plates,knives and forks) of the hospitality industry and having met some amazing characters I thought it was about time I gave a little back so I have decided rather foolishly to take part in a 3 day cycle ride in aid of Hospitality Action.

This approximetly 300 mile route is usually done in 5-7 days but we are intending to do it in just 3.

The challenging route is considered to be one of the best cycling routes in Europe and goes through the heart of Tour de France country.
