Dear All

So i know you all get so many requests to donate to great causes so ive decided to do something very silly and do the Triahlon on a Boris Bike... So now you have to dontate.

SERIOUS BIT, WILL BE BRIEF:

The Brain Research Trust is a charity supporting research into neurological diseases, to name but a few: Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Stroke, Huntingtons and Schizophrenia.
The work they do is invaluable and is key in the research, prevention and cure of neurological conditions.
Having witnessed the horrific effects of Alzheimers unfortunately within my family i am really sending out a big plea to ask you all to dig dip and donate!!!

Also if your around race day do come and witness the following:
1. ME stripping down to bike shorts having emerged resplendent from the Thames in a wetsuit! MMM Sexy
2. ME BORIS BIKING 20 KM in said, TIGHT bike shorts!!
3. ME running 5K and then dying in heap at end!!
