On Sunday 26th April 2015 I will be running the London Marathon for Afghanaid, a charity that does so much to address poverty within rural communities in Afghanistan.

My goal is to finish sub 4 hours, but with any luck (and lots of training) 03:45 could be a possibility. 

Any kind donation to Afghanaid will help support their work with women - building up their business, literacy and leadership skills to lead their communities and support their families. In addition it will assist with their efforts to ensure greater access to safe drinking water, the lack of which is currently the second biggest cause of infant mortality
