Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far, including gift aid that means that around £1,250 has been raised which is excellent!

To those of you haven't yet given please help me to try and reach £1,500 it's all for a really good cause.

I'll be doing my first Marathon this year which I'm aiming to finish in three and a half hours...whether I manage it or not is another matter!

I'm aiming to raise as much money as possible for the NSPCC. So far there's almost £500 committed from people offline (about £20 per person), I'm hoping that this site will help me to reach a target of £1000.

Please dig deep and give generously for a worthy cause, the NSPCC (www.nspcc.org.uk) do lots of fantastic work across the country. Your donation will help them to continue and improve their great projects and campaigns.
