I'm doing three events: The Great North Run; The Great Bike Ride; and The Great North Swim.

I'm completing all three events in 21 days - between 30th August and 20th September to raise funds for 4 different charities that all have a family or personal link:  Intensive Care Unit (Newcastle Upon Tyne Health Care); Breast Cancer Care; Diabetes UK; and Arthritis Research Campaign.
