Hi,
thanks for getting this far and visiting my just giving page... On the 18th of April (this sunday) at 9am i will be lining up with over 10,000 people to take part in the first brighton marathon!!!!  It is an amazing challenge and one I am really nervously looking forward to now.  I have been training for this event really since last october and its not been easy.. i have had injury after injury.. followed by some time off for illness but I have completed all of my training runs and am now fit and ready to go!!!

If you happen to be in the brighton area on sunday.. then please come along .. cheer.. enjoy the race day atmosphere.. from what i hear supporters are going to have more fun than us.. the organisers have 12 live bands around the course and they have asked local retailers to do great deals for all supporters on the day.. shops/pubs/restaurants etc...

I am running this marathon for a great cause.. I have run for the lily foundation since last feb when i heard about lilys parents.. her dad was running something like 80 miles in her memory.. and i thought that was pretty amazing so i started running to help them raise awareness and a bit of cash! If you have a few ££ to spare then i know they would really appreciate your support and they would put your money to incredibly good use!!! Please take a bit of time to have a look at the charity and see all the good work they do!!
