A very good friend of mine has talked me into running the Great Curry Run with her (and around 100 others) on 27th April 2013.  This will be the longest distance that I have run so is certainly challenging.....

Organised by St. Georges School Harpenden, we will be running round Harpenden, up towards Luton and back, to the tune of 10 metres for every service person killed or wounded in action in Afghanistan which is just over 24km. Plenty of time to think about the numbers!
