Help Kath with her Million Pounds Challenge

Not to babble too much - but as most of you are aware - this is not the norm for me... Running Half Marathons that is!!!

Katherine Formosa Bown - This is for You and Rhodri, My Dear Family and to everyone, anywhere who has been affected by Cancer in some way. Kath has inspired me. Everything she has taken on within the last year can only be described as truly remarkable. So this is me getting off my butt and doing my bit to help!!

And I would love it for you to join the club :-)

Even the cost of a drink on a night out will be greatly appreciated!!
