I have decided to take part in going sober for October raising money for Awyr Lâs #TeamIrfon

This WILL be a tough challenge!! As I will be sober for a whole month, not even a drop of my beloved whisky, which I enjoy having a tipple or two every evening after a long slog of a day.

Awyr Lâs #TeamIrfon is a fantastic campaign that are fundraising £20,000 to support the Alaw cancer unit at ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital. This is my contribution and I hope you, my friends and family can donate a little something and support me in my challenge.
