Story

The Library was completed in August and reports on our visit in July can be found at  http://www.oldwitleians.com/overnews/Th.php many thanks for your very generous donations to this project that will make a big difference to the school.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our "Rob Millington Library" page. We have  raised the money for a Hill Tribe Village School - Prapan-Aree Hongsakul School. We have previously built them a Canteen extension, washrooms and a new classroom block. This year we helped build them a new Library, that has been named after the late Rev. Rob Millington. The trip in 2008 was the last overseas trip that Rob took part in and he and Jan were very committed to helping this impoverished community. Over £8000 has been raised with King Edward's pupils selling Thai souvenirs, charity wrist bands, Thai cook books, and taking part in a 10K fun run (May Day madness) and other fund raising activities.
