Join us, 'Gym for Heroes' in our Second annual Summer Challenge
Gym for Heroes is a nationwide challenge to be held in fitness centres and gyms raising money for Help for Heroes. If your establishment has the facility to allow you to take part i.e. garrison, social club, prison, school....... - the list is endless, then please take up the Challenge. We can all help and do our bit to support them. We can help and all do our part to support them.
Gym for Heroes will be challenging you again with the event taking place between 9th to 22nd July 2011. In 2011 we will expand the challenges - these will be refined with some flexibility for participants – taking into consideration the facilities available within their own sports facility. The challenge is still either 3 or 12 hours and either individually or in a team with a maximum of 4 people. For further information see the gym register and individual register pages. New for 2011- Junior Gym for Heroes Junior Gym for Heroes aims to involve all school children of any age to encourage them to get fit and do their bit in aid of the Nation's Heroes. Decide on the challenge that will suit you and your fitness level....taking up our challenge will benefit and help so many people and of course, benefit your body too! Take up The Challenge! You have a choice of 2 different types of challenge, which you can take part either as an individual or as part of a team (maximum 4 members per team)
