A team of 6 of us on the TfL account at Capita are undertaking the task of at least 10,000 steps a day each to raise money for The Prince's Trust. We are doing this by making small changes in our daily routine. Going for a walk at lunch or in the evening. Walking to the school run instead of driving. Small changes makes a big difference.
