British Ambassador Mark Sedwill and Senior British Officer in Afghanistan LtGen Jim Dutton ran through the minefields along the Kabul Wall for Help for Heroes on Armed Forces Day.  Normally a 2-3 hour hike up to 7,000ft we ran it in 45 mins.

Please give generously.  Hundreds of British servicemen have been injured serving in Afghanistan and every day more put themselves in danger in the service of our country. Help for Heroes takes care of them and their families. Their sacrifices allow the rest of us to live in a stronger Britain and a safer world.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
