It's time again for us lads to do something worthwhile with our time and get off our backsides. So this year the challenge is to row two Canadian canoes along the navigable part of the River Severn from Pool Quay in Welshpool to Gloucester Docks, which is a total of 127 miles. This will be done over three days (14-16th October).

All money raised will be donated to Help For Heroes. Please give generously as I think you will agree that this is a worthy cause.
