Our team consists of many different abilities and it’s a great time to come together have fun and keep fit.</span></p>

So we are looking to spur our runners on an much as possible to put up a good fight!</span></p>

However they have to make it happen, “life doesn’t come to them – they have to go to life”. Being positive, proactive, optimistic, determined and being persistent is all part of Hull CU’s philosophy.</span></p>
