<p><span style="color: #888888;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Earlier this year I heard the tragic news that one of my old school friends Phil Burrows had lost his life to Leukaemia. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I was shocked, as were many of my old school friends.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Phil was just 36 and had recently got married.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Our local paper wrote a feature about Phil, and his dad Colin.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Colin had lost his fight with cancer just 10 days before Phil was taken from his family and friends.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I found the feature difficult to read, yet I was inspired reading about Phil and his adventurous life.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It spurred me into making a decision to raise some money, doing something that Phil had enjoyed, for the charity Leukaemia research. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I floated the idea of a charity tandem skydive on Facebook and before I knew it 13 others, including Phil’s wife Mandy had decided to join me.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In April 2012, 14 friends will jump out of a plane in the name of Phil Burrows, our aim is to raise as much money as possible and we really do need your help.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Please give what you can, we really do appreciate every penny you can spare.</span></span></span></span>
