<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</p> <p>We are the Harvel Hash House Harriers (<a href="http://www.harvelh3.org">www.harvelh3.org</a> ) and our<span style="color: #000000;"> aim is to run from our headquarters, the Amazon and Tiger in Harvel, along the Pilgrims' Way to Can</span>terbury. The distance is 44 miles (71k) which we plan to run over two days, September 24th &amp; 25th 2011 raising money for two cancer charities (see also <a href="http://www.justgiving.com/HHHHMC">www.justgiving.com/HHHHMC</a>) This madcap venture was conceived after one of our long standing members, (and general all round good egg) Ironman was diagnosed with cancer from which, mercifully, he is making a recovery.</p> <p>This is our way to help make a difference to those unfortunate enough to be affected, directly or indirectly, by cancer and, at the same time, enjoy a bit of light excercise, fresh air and possibly the odd half-pint at one of the eight pubs <em>en route - </em>and celebrate the fact that we are able to do it.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now - every penny counts.</p>
