Story
My son Harry was diagnoded with the Coeliac Disease when he was around 5 years old. Coeliac Disease means that you have a Gluten intolorence and are unable to eat many foods that make up a staple diet. Plans have to be put in place every time you eat a meal of any kind to make sure that they are Gluten free and eating 'out' is often very difficlut as not all food outlets cater for this diet. The Coeliac Society are doing great work to raise public awareness of this Disease and more and more supermarkets, restaurants etc are now offering a wider choice in their Gluten Free range, making it much easier (and cheaper!) for suffers to enjoy a normal and healthy diet.
