Step Up 2017 · 19 January 2017

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Margaret Kenney, Carolyn Journeaux, James Bodger, Chris Reeves, Brendan Musgrave and Mitchell Willis from Capita Group HR and Group Talent will be taking 'Positive Steps' for The Prince's Trust.

An idea devised on the 5th floor of the Victoria Street office saw six individuals come together and commit to walking a total of 630 miles between them all in the name of The Prince's Trust. As part of Capita's Step Up 2017 initiative, we want to raise as much money as possible for the charity and also meet our own individual goals and targets.

We would love to say that we are all fitness fanatics and this is an easy challenge for us, but we can confirm it absolutely is not, so please support us in what will indeed by a tough few weeks of hot stepping our way round all corners of the country.

All donations will be gratefully received and their will be further communications and fund raising initiatives coming your way in the coming weeks!
