Story

"The best charity is that given in Ramadan." ~ Tirmidhi

On behalf of both of my grandparents, my bibi/dhadi, Rehanna Begum and my dada Shomshir Ali, who both returned back to the most loving and forgiving creator in 2014, I will be conquering Ben Nevis to raise money to build a well in each of their names. This will be taken place on the 24th and 25th of August 2019.

One of the door that Allah has opened to His slaves is to gain big rewards in the month of Ramadan through Sadaqa. Islam always advises it's followers to give plenty of charity, especially during the month of Ramadan.

This is why our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) urged on many occasions in his Sunnah and clarified that charity never reduces one's wealth; rather, it increases it.

Thirst Relief Programme - The average distance that women and children walk to collect (often contaminated) water, is 3.7 miles, carrying 20 liters of water. Your donations could prevent the spread of waterborne diseases and can save lives. This also means that children have time to go to school, and women can start their own businesses and spend time with their families.

Penny's Appeal Thirst Relief project is installing wells in countries across Africa and Asia to give communities reliable access to clean water. This means they can drink, wash, make wudu, grow crops and water their animals safely.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for your generous donations, may Allah reward you all abundantly.
