<p>After many years of talking about it I have finally decided to take the plunge and I am running my first marathon on April 29th for an amazing charity which is very close to my heart.</p> <p>The Finlay Cooper Fund was formed in August 2006, by my cousin Colin Cooper and his wife Julie.<br>They lost their son Finlay in January 2002, in a tragic choking accident and wanted to do something positive in his name to try and help children's Charities.</p> <p>They have so far raised over &pound;50,000 with the help of a lot of generous people. Donations have been given to three Children's Hospices, a children's diabetes trust and also a childrens Cancer Ward.</p> <p>As you can imagine I have got the fear, what with having to cut down on alcohol just so I can haul my arse out of bed on sunday mornings to put the miles in but with your generosity and encouragement I know I can get there.</p> <p>Many thanks,</p> <p>Hade</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
