THERE IS A SILENT CRISIS TAKING PLACE AROUND THE WORLD!
It is the crisis of the millions of missing children that no-one is looking for.
Thousands of these children are living in abject poverty; most likely with no family to speak of, and they face a daily battle for survival. They’re extremely vulnerable to exploitation, which includes physical, psychological and sexual abuse.
Instead of being able to just play and laugh like the rest of us, they’re being forced to grow up much too fast.
Robbed of their childhoods, they desperately need YOUR help to get off the streets and into a safe haven.
With young siblings and cousins of my own, I can’t begin to imagine how any of them would survive on the streets without their mothers. All alone facing this world of cruelty. Being deprived of the chance to have an education. Something which most children take for granted.
This Ramadan I am raising money for the ‘STREET TO SCHOOL’ campaign, to help get these forgotten children off the streets and provide them with an education.
Children are the worlds most valuable resource. Without them, there is no future!
