I am running in order to improve my mental wellness and to raise a few pounds for what I believe is a very worthy cause. 

My plan is to run 2 ultra marathons and one standard marathon within six weeks. The first was the Peak District  ultra marathon, 29 hilly miles across the Peak district. 

The next race is the Shakespeare marathon in Stratford upon Avon 28th April. 26.3 miles around the lovely town of Stratford upon Avon This is made more difficult by the strict cut off time at both half way and the finish. 

Finally the big one. 

This is a monster 33 mile race along the sandstone trail from Whichurch to Frodsham. This is an extremely hilly and long race, I have no time in mind only completion. This wilL Be further than I have ever ran before.
