First the important stuff...

We've just registered a website (www.haiti-aid.co.uk) and a twitter page (www.twitter.com/haitiaid), so please keep in touch after you've made your donation. We're planning some fundraising activities and events, and hope you'll join in or at least persuade some others to. The details will be on our website, which we hope to have go live by the end of this month.

This is big guys... over 50,000 people are believed to be dead because of this earthquake, and many more injured. Together we can help... many hands make light work and all that, but we need to act fast. Any amount will help... if you can spare just a £1, then please do, and Gift Aid will add some money too (after Just Giving deducts admin costs, we think it works out to something like an extra 17p on top of every pound you donate - at no extra cost to you)!
