Myself and the ladies from Curves are challenging ourselves to walk 10'000 steps every day for the full month of July to hopefully try and raise awareness and some funds for Steps Charity. As many of you know, my daughter Ellie was in a pavlic harness for 13 weeks when she was a baby and this Charity is close to my heart.
