Event:              Halloween Party in aid of KIDS

Date:                Thursday 29^th October 2009

Time:               9pm – 3am

Venue:             Vendome, 85 Piccadilly, London, W1J 7NB

Ticket Price:    £35 (£40 on the door)

Please note this event has sold out before the party for the past three years. Please book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can book tickets by calling 020 7354 9483, emailing events@kids.org.uk or through Just Giving.

To book tickets through Just Giving please follow the following directions:

·         Click Donate Now

1.       Your Donation

·         Enter Amount; depending on the number of tickets you would like. Each ticket costs £35.

·         Click whether you are a UK tax payer or not

·         Un-tick the box which says: ‘I’m not getting a ticket, product or service in return for my donation.’ This will then eliminate the gift aid from your donation.

·         You will then need to set up an account with Just Giving if you haven’t set one up before. Please ensure to enter correct contact details: mobile number, email address and a postal address you would like your ticket sent to.

·         Click ‘Pay with credit/debit card’

2.       Your Payment Details

Enter debit or credit card details

3.       Billing Address Details

KIDS will send your ticket(s) to the address given on your account rather than your billing address, unless advised otherwise.

4.       Confirm Your Donation

Once you have confirmed all the details of your donation are correct, the next stage will ask you to enter a message.

·         Click Donate

Personalise Your Donation:

In the message space please confirm the number of tickets you would like, the committee member you were invited by and your guests names.

·         The sentence: Catherine Palmer says Thank you has a tick box below, please ensure you tick this box so that we can see your contact details.

·         Below the text thanking you for booking your ticket it says: KIDS says Thank you. There is also a tick box under this. Please ensure to tick this so that we can see your contact details.

·         Save changes

Once this has been completed you will receive a thank you email confirming your donation.
