Halton Haven Hospice provides specialist palliative care to individuals across Widnes, Runcorn and surrounding areas, as well as support for their families. The Hospice aims to relieve the sickness, suffering and distress caused by cancer and other end of life conditions.

Story

Halton Haven Hospice cares for people over eighteen years of age with life-limiting illnesses living in Halton and surrounding areas. They provide support to patients and their families according to their individual needs.  As a Charity, they make no charge for any of their services.

As they receive limited funds from statutory bodies, Halton Haven is a registered charity which relies very heavily on the support of the local community to raise the majority of these costs.

A team of 10 volunteers made up of Halton Housing Trust employees plus family and friends of John Swain who passed away recently have vowed to raise a substantial amount of money by completing a 10,000 feet sky dive to help the hospice continue their excellent work and help support patients and there families through difficult times.

If you would like to help, please give as much as you can to this very worthy cause.

Thank you in advance.
