As part of some dance research I am doing into moving backwards, I have decided to enter a 1km backwards race on 17 July (it's apparantly 6 times harder than running forwards).
I will be raising money for Green Candle Dance Company. They believe that everyone has a right to watch and participate in dance. From its East London base, it makes shows and delivers workshop projects to children and young people and to those aged 60+, locally, London-wide and nationally.
