We are Team Hang Tough and will be running the Total Warrior challenge on Aug 3/4. One of our teammates is a prosthetist in the making, and sees first hand the effects that losing a limb have on someone's life.  The Limbless Association helps those who are without one or more limbs by supporting them in many different ways.  One way is through sport and fitness, which we strongly encourage!!  We run the Total warrior so those with limb loss can get the support they need and hopefully be able to run beside us next time!! We are a team of seasoned runners as well as newbies to obstacle courses.  We will run, jump, crawl, swim, climb and trudge through mud and fire for the Limbless Association.  On Saturday the newer, less experienced of us will be running the 10km course, and on Sunday the seasoned runners will be racing through the 10mile course.  Please support us for the race and cheer us on as we try not to get shocked running through "The Shocker" or catch on fire as we race through the "Human BBQ". Will post our results afterwards.
